One Tree Hill Star Signs for Charity


Sophia Bush, known for playing Brooke Davis on One Tree Hill has signed a CosmoGIRL shirt for the charity Glamour Gals. Glamour Gals is a foundation that is dedicated to fostering intergenerational relationships that create compassionate teen leaders.
